Shopping in North Conway

Shoppers who love finding big bargains and one of a kind gifts will love a trip to North Conway, New Hampshire. The area is completely tax free, but even if it wasn't, you'd still find some excellent deals.

Zeb's General Store is a must see for travelers who want to experience some old world charm in a small town setting. This General Store literally looks, and feels, like something settlers would stumble across during the 19th century. The real highlight is the 67 foot long penny candy counter. Granted all of the candy isn't actually a penny, but you can easily fill you back without breaking the bank.

The downtown area is also home to dozens of other local shops where travelers can find locally made goods and products. A few highlights include Essence of Art, Toy Chest, White Birch Books, New England Charms, and Used and Treasured Goods. Your only problem might be getting all your bags to fit in the car.

Real bargain hunters will love the Settler's Green Village Outlet, with over sixty different outlet shops inside.
